How are billing and payments handled?

Billing for services, including for deductibles and copays, is handled on a montly basis through our billing service. Payments for private pay is requested at the time of services.

Current insurance provider contracts are in process at this time. Speech Path, LLC is able to provide the necessary paperwork required to submit for out of network reimbursements from insurance companies.

Where are services provided?
Consultation and evaluation services are provided at the Broadway Commons located at 1300 Broadway St NE, Salem, Oregon.
Additional services may be provided at the home based office. This will be determined at the time a service plan is provided.
