My firm belief is that we don't meet people by accident.  They are meant to cross our path for a reason.   Speech Path, LLC was developed out of a passion to help people to connect to each other through oral communication and reach their highest potential.  This includes enhancing and developing skills in cognition, language, swallowing, voice, fluency (stuttering), accent reduction and articulation. We can work alongside of school or community based agencies, in order to increase the rate of successful completion of the client's communication goals.  Services can be provided on site at the Broadway Commons, or in the home based office in West Salem.  The possibility of home based services could be discussed if a client is interested in this option.   I am currently working with the Fluency Board of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association toward my specialist certification in Fluency Disorders.  I have developed a stuttering reduction program and have provided inservices sharing this approach in the Salem-Keizer School District as part of a professional development program.  I received grant funding to run a kindergarten based language acquisition and development program in a local school district that ran for six years.  Adult services have included work with dysphagia (swallowing) disorders, cognitive rehabilitation (aphasia, etc.) , voice disorders (dysarthria) , fluency disorders, accent reduction and speech disorders (articulation and phonological processing).   Please email or call to schedule a free consultation to discuss the services that will fit your goals for communication.

 

Payment Information

 

Speech Path LLC clients will be billed through insurance, if available.  Our billing specialist is responsible for submitting claims to insurance companies on a bi-monthly basis.  Invoices for deductibles and remaining copays are sent directly to the client the first week of each month through Heritage Billing Service.  If speech/language therapy is not a covered service on your insurance plan and you choose to pay privately, reduced rates apply as noted on the payment page in FAQS.  

 

Prompt payment is appreciated.  Payments can be made by cash and checks.
